Fun, Music and Food.
The beauty of the world lies in the diversity of its people
Some highlights of the event are music by Rasta Bama and Sunshine. Students will be certified for attending language classes. Each group of students has prepared a small presentation for the night. Speeches by Mohamed Moussa and Heidi de Carlo. Film Screenings of new movies created within the community video workshop organized by DIYALOG and the Sustainable Design Collective in Hamrun, Gzira and Valletta.
With Sudanese food, Maltese cack and fruit. Organized by the Sudanese Migrant Association, Heidi de Carlo and Marica Lewis. The nuns are going to provide some soft drinks.

The title, Palimpsest, originally denotes a piece of writing material on which the original writing has been erased to make room for later writing.
However, traces of the overwritten texts remain.
This paleographic phenomenon will inspire the artists of the Mahalla Festival 2022. They will be concerned with the use of resources in a
comprehensive way: in terms of ecological, economic, political, social and communal memory culture.
