Murmuration – an Attempt
Location: Yeldeğirmeni Sanat Merkezi, İskele Sk. 43, Kadiköy 08.09.2021 6:00 pm Dance Performance Two performers - Milenko Laziç and Myriam Perrottet - interacted playfully with each other. The performance involved a wider audience, who gradually joined the artists. The main purpose of the Attempt was to track down the confluence of single individuals within a collective.The different levels of a social fabric were explored. A temporary, imaginary and reciprocal dependency was created using simple utensils. Milenko Laziç is a Bosnian artist, musician and publisher (Amsel Verlag Zürich). He is a part of a Publisher-Collective named "Material", and a founder of artists supporting "Fondacija Ambar" in Bosnia. Lives in Zurich. Myriam Perrottet was born in 1985 to a Peruvian mother and a Swiss father. In 2001 the family moved to Zurich. The artist works interdisciplinary with elements from poetry, painting and drawing and merges them in collages. Her passion is performance and dance. In addition to an intensive examination of yoga, Perrottet is continously deepening her studies in Laban movement theory. It goes back to her great-grandfather, Rudolf von Laban. The performance was live streamed on the Instagram page of the Mahalla Festival. Basit gereçler kullanılarak geçici, hayali ve karşılıklı bir bağlılık yaratılır. Milenko Laziç, Bosnalı bir sanatçı, müzisyen, yayıncıdır (Amsel Verlag Zürich). "Material" adlı bir yayıncı-kolektifin bir parçası ve Bosna'da "Fondacija Ambar"ı destekleyen sanatçıların kurucusudur. Kendisi Zürih'te yaşıyor. Myriam Perrottet 1985 yılında Perulu bir anne ve İsviçreli bir babanın çocuğu olarak dünyaya geldi. 2001 yılında aile Zürih'e taşındı. Sanatçı, şiir, resim ve çizimden öğelerle disiplinler arası çalışır ve bunları kolajlarda birleştirir. Tutkusu performans ve danstır.
