Geoffrey Guimberteau has been a humanitarian worker since 2011, more particularly in the field of disability and vulnerability concerns. He has a long experience as an inclusion project manager and as rehabilitation coordinator. He has strong experience in inclusive approach through his work with Handicap International (HI) and through his experience in Mexico as a consultant to develop strategy of inclusion of persons with disability. Thanks to his field experience, he has a strong background in developing and running humanitarian projects in emergency context and has performed community protection and impact monitoring methodology and approach in several countries ( Democratic Republic of Congo, Somaliland, Haiti, Irak, Central African Republic…). In 2015, he has developed his expertise in humanitarian action accountability and its participative approach. Trained by Core Humanitarian Standard Alliance in Dakar, he is an official trainer on quality humanitarian standards and is currently deepening his understanding and knowledge on International Relations and African Studies.
