Glitter is joy, glitter sparkles
Photography Workshop

Based on her work with glitter, Katharina Swoboda is offering a photography workshop. Sparkling moments while throwing glitter will be captured photographically and staged together with the participants at the school. At the end of the workshop, the resulting images can be printed out on photo paper and taken home.
Katharina Swoboda, *1984, lives and works in Vienna, Austria. She is interested in natural-cultural environments and their representation on screen.
“My video work is about distilling complex, three-dimensional spaces of our environment into two-dimensional screen representations. This transformation is not only physical, but ideally also a means of questioning existing frames of perception.”
